Special Order/Policies

Once you determine the size, color, and length of your dress, we assume no responsibility for the dye lot, fabric texture or fabric weight. All members of the wedding party or other event must pay full required deposit before dress(s) can be ordered. Should wedding or event be cancelled or you decide not to participate, you are obligated to take the merchandise that has been ordered for you. All merchandise must be picked up by the given wear date or both merchandise and deposit will be forfeited. Balance on special order is due before merchandise can leave the store or before any alteration work can begin on the garment.

You can be assured of our doing everything possible to make this occasion a memorable one.

You will be fully refunded if we fail to deliver your order by your wear date.

Payment & Sizing

Sizing - We do not pick size for customers. Suki's Bridals & Formals highly suggests you come in to be properly measured and try on gowns before you make your decision to purchase. If you decide to order and are unable to come in, you can place order or make payment over the phone.

Credit Card payment requirements:
• Credit Card number
• Exp. Date
• 3 digit security code on back of card.
• Credit Card billing address.
• Size 16, Size 18 and up is extra charge on adult gown. Size 10, Size 12 and up for children also has extra charge depending on company

Dresses are sized according to bust, chest and hip measurements. All companies create a predetermined size chart. This means that you must order the largest size required by your measurements. Some alteration may be needed due to variations in your measurements to the size chart. These alterations are customers responsibility. (We have an independent seamstress in our store to help you with your alteration needs (by appointment only).

Shipping

Designers will not ship directly to customers. Therefore, if you are unable to pick up your gown at Suki's Bridal & Formals, we will gladly ship your gown to provided address as soon as we receive your gown, shipping charges apply. (billing and shipping address must match for customer protection).

All special order gowns are delivered within 12 - 16 weeks. Rush delivery is available for faster delivery, additional charge. Shipping transit times are estimated, meaning you must contact Suki's Bridal & Formals to find out how long your gown will take to arrive. Usually we call all of our customers with an estimated ship date as soon as order is placed.

Most gowns in stock at the manufacturer, take 4-7 business days to arrive at Suki's. For delivery to customers, please allow 10-15 business days for the gown to arrive.
